EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your spirit wear!
Reminder, we are a student-run learning lab. If there is any mistakes on our end, we are happy to work with you and fix our mistakes.
Because each order is part of our limited-time Christmas pop-up, we offer exchanges only for items that are the wrong size or defective.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:

The item you received is defective or damaged, or
-
You need a different size of the same item (if available).
2. Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

We can only exchange for the same item and design, depending on stock availability.

PAYMENT METHOD
Our online school store provides several secure and convenient payment options to make your shopping experience easy and reliable.
Online Payments
We accept the following forms of electronic payment:

Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay
All online payments are processed through a secure and encrypted payment gateway to ensure your personal and financial information remains protected.
In-Person Payments
We also accept cash and checks as alternative payment methods.

Cash Payments:
Cash may be delivered to the high school between 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and on Wednesdays after school from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. -
Checks:
Checks should be made payable to Clarkston Community Schools and can be submitted at the same times and locations as cash payments.
Please note that all payments—whether made online or in person—must be received and processed before any orders are fulfilled.
NO REFUNDS
Due to this being a limited time fundraiser, we are unable to offer refunds, only exchanges.
